Introduction: My food is out of this world. I grew up in New Orleans so seafood is my specialty but I can truly cook anything else for you. I have also taken classes in Paris, France. I truly do have a passion for cooking and enjoy seeing people enjoy my food. I consider cooking a form of artwork. I love creating more and more eatible works of art.

We had the salmon, green beans and yams and is was excellent. The salmon was cooked just right and was flakey . The glaze on the salmon was very flavorful. The yams were tender and tasted very good. The green beans were fresh and cooked in a little garlic that accented the taste of the green beans. The presentation was very appealing. She arrived on time was setup and ready to serve as expected. Her servers were very professional and polite. She provided service for 100 people. She cleaned up and left the serving area spotless. I would definitely use her again for my next event

Over the Moon catered a delicious and tasteful breakfast for approximately 65 people. It was arranged buffet style with various stations housed with a variety of fruit, juices and coffee. They had two made-to-order stations - one for pancakes with your choice of different berries, pecans and various syrups and the other for omelets with mushrooms, onions, cheeses, peppers, etc. The servers/cooks were very friendly, courteous and accommodating and made sure that all requests were graciously fulfilled.

The food was great and the customer service was outstanding!! Their professional presentation & product was on point and accommodating. I'm looking forward to eating a dinner course that includes the slam dunk cheese cake Jana makes!
