My wife and I (both RYT/200 certified) teach together, providing group and personal instruction to each student.
Styles are Vinyasa, Hatha, gentle and restorative yoga with influences of tai chi, Chi Gong and meditation.
We are seeking group and private opportunities to help our students with flexibility, body toning, and personal self-confidence in a relaxed, mindful, and supportive atmosphere.
