- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have multiple packages to choose from and we offer discounts on occasion. For instance, a New Year's discount on our middle package for the price of the cheaper package. Our pricing system is based on size of the event, how much equipment we will need to bring along with us, how many videographers we need, and how far the distance is to get to our destination.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know them on a more personal level so we can build a connection and find out what kind of film they dreamt about. We ask a couple of questions back and forth about ourselves, we start talking about the big day, and then we get to the details. Shot by shot. Everything the client wants we write down on our tablet. We talk about how excited we are to be there, because we truly are honored to be asked, and then we make the magic happen on the wedding day. Some time after the event the client receives everything they wanted and we have always had satisfied and happy newlyweds! We keep in touch with our former clients on their wedding anniversary dates and birthdays on occasion. It is always a pleasure to have captured that amazing moment together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly researching and looking up new ways to hone our craft. We have attended several workshops to further improve our skill with all our equipment. Attending college at Texas A&M University - Kingsville, we have gotten our bachelor's degree in Communications with an emphasis in advertising and television.
