- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not normally have a standard pricing due to the fact that every job is different in my field. However I do charge based on the work and how long it will take me. Normally on a big job it will take me about a week because I am all about perfection and trying to give the customer not 100% satisfaction but 110% satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with someone new I tend to want to sit down and talk with them. I don't want my customers to get scammed but, I also do not want to be scammed. If I feel that I am able to work with them then I discuss the job itself and see if they are interested in my services based off what I do and what they need done. I then set up a payment plan with them once we come to an agreement they will sign a contract with my company for our services which I fully explain and let them read as well. Then I will work for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on training that is not done by any institution nor training facility. I was trained to do landscaping, construction, and basic homecare by a private landscaper who has 25+ years experience and my families construction company who has been in business for 20+ years
