Our workmanship is number one. My dad use to tell me to treat my customers plumbing as if it were my own. We are out to make a good name for ourselves, not to rip people off or to even leave them the least bit dissatisfied. When we clean sewers, we make sure we run our cable until we are absolutely positive we got it as open as possible - at no extra charge. Our sewer machine is one of the best on the market. It gets sewers wide open. Some guys will come by with a cheap machine or cheap hand drill which will many times only poke a hole through the stoppage. They might only charge $99, but there is a reason for that. Actually they say $99, but by the time they leave they somehow walk away with much more than that. We will never talk bad about our competition specifically, we just want you to be well informed. We have a feeling that if most plumbers answered this honestly they would say the money. Although the money can be good at times this is not what we like most about our jobs. We can really honestly say that the thing we enjoy most is seeing the relief on a customer's face after we fix whatever issue they had. It really does make us feel good to know that we provided a service for someone in need. it feels good to see them "de-stress." Nobody likes stress.
