FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm actually working on that. Don't want to charge too much in this crazy economy, but don't want to be in the red either. I've been thinking $25.00 per room, but there is a give and take. Of course that is for a standard clean which includes dusting, floors, tubs, sinks, showers, and counter many tops. Extra for stoves, refrigerators, baseboards, and laundry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just tell me what you would like done, and I'll make sure that it's done. It will be done right the first time, the way you want it. No exceptions!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First, I've been cleaning for neighbors and elderly relatives since I was a young lady. I've also worked at different motels cleaning rooms and their offices. I've decided to use my skills and make them into something that helps out others. I'm currently attending Amarillo College studying business management. I plan to open a cleaning business myself in the near future. Want to make sure that I'm doing everything right, so I decided to go to school again and learn the basics of running a company. Want many happy customers.
