- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is a real standout: we don't bother with "custom quotes" (that wastes people's time). Our pricing system is flat-rate, based on the number of bathrooms and bedrooms in the house. This means that each quote is the final price, with no hidden fees or costs. We're building an honest relationship with each customer, and that starts with the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is the most important part of our business. We treat each customer interaction as a chance to build a relationship. We want to know what our customers need, and why they are looking for a cleaner. After we get to know our customers, we can tailor our efforts to make sure we're the right business for their needs. We try and ask every new customer the right questions to make sure they are taken care of in the best way possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the person or company you are working with puts you (and other customers, and his teams, etc.) first! There is no replacement for good customer service. Also, ask about insurance and bonding, and make sure your cleaners have been thoroughly investigated before letting them into your personal space.
