- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing usually depends on the amount of common area associated with the community as well as what type of HOA you live in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Community Managers are required to continually keep certification up to date. We send all managers to training to make sure they know all current practices and laws.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a few companies out of college and after seeing all that worked, and all that did NOT work, I decided to apply this to my own business model.
