- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep it around 25 an hour. I do have some overhead. So a complete wipe and re-installation of a computer would take roughly 6 hours.

Learning exactly what their needs are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in security +, MCSA-E certifications, I know all windows Operating Systems, including Apple, Linux, and Ubuntu; along with a degree in Information Technology Management. I was the Business Systems Specialist for the University of West Florida for 10 years.
