- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the simplicity of fixing the problem. Most of the time it's 65.00 am hr. Most cases won't take over an hour and many will charge many hours when you can fix one problem and let the computer do the rest. If major I'll give u one set price and if it can't be fixed there is no charge, j will always be honest bc I know what hard times are and what it means to be broke. I won't put you in that place

Making them feel at home, allowing a trust bond and helping them understand why their computer did what it had
