I am very happy with the work done by Conrad Construction. I called for an estimate, and within a few days Chris came to do an estimate and said he could have the job done that same week! I was quoted a very reasonable price and couldn't be happier. My roof hasn't leaked since the rain we had over the past few days. No debris of any sorts left on my property upon completion. I would without a doubt use them again!

Had my roof replaced, Chris quoted the job, was cheaper then the other three quotes I had, he was also the only one who had better ideas for my roof requirements, due to high winds in my area. He only required 1/3 Down and then the last 2/3rds payment only after I was 100% satisfied with the job. Some might think (no that's not true) but it really is. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and then his crew, both Chris and his crew were very friendly, polite, patient, helpful in understanding what's going with the project and provided great communication threw out the project. Key facts that stood out to me are: -Honest, Trust worthy and a man of his word. His quote was accurate and it didn't change. -They go above and beyond to make sure you're 100% satisfied. -Promt to the job site and clean up at the end of each day (great when you have kids and or pets) -Attention to detail is outstanding I'd use Conrad Consulting & Remodeling again in a heart beat

I expect to revise this rating upwards when work is complete. Work started a little more than two weeks ago and went very quickly for the first week and a half. We had our roof replaced and will be having the gutters replaced as well. Unfortunately, they have a truck problem, and repairs are taking longer than expected. The roof looks great, and they kept our yard extremely clean during work, so their time off site isn’t a big deal - we aren’t stepping on nails or climbing over packs of shingles. The crew was very nice, and the work is high quality. They have communcated pretty consistently about when they expect to return, but we’re looking forward to completion. Update: the work is completed. The gutters went on in one afternoon. Communications about the delay were pretty clear. On the last walkthrough, the project manager, Kevin, noticed that the metal drip edge on our balcony was white and didn't match the brown trim. We’d noticed, but didn’t realize it was in error. Kevin had a guy come out and paint it using our exact trim paint to be sure it matched. The entire project did not go over budget (it was exactly as quoted), and it was invoiced promptly when the work was done.
