Lucas showed up as scheduled to check out the project and to provide an estimate (which he did within a couple of days). Lucas was very impressive and definitely knew what he was talking about. He was the only contractor that thoroughly checked the steps for damage and safety. Because of such questionable weather, I have to wait to have the job done but I'm looking forward to when Lucas can complete it. I'll post again when the job is done.Nov 5, 2017Verified
Luke assembled two things for us- Gold's Gym XRS 50 Home Gym and Schwinn 870 Treadmill. He was punctual, courteous and very professional. He did a great job and I highly recommend his services to anyone. I look forward to giving him more jobs.Feb 12, 2016Verified
LM Construction did a fine job repairing our front sidewalk that had a sunken slab and our front stairs. The latter work required removing the railings, replacing the support decorative stone/concrete risers, then replacing the large stone treads and reinstalling the railings. They worked efficiently and did a very nice, neat job. I would recommend them to anyone.Nov 15, 2015Verified
Demo and hall away of a children's swing set. Quick response for pricing and completion of the contacted work. Work area cleaned when complete. Lucas was very courteous and we would definitely call them againOct 19, 2015Verified
L.M. CONSTRUCTION replaced a walkway at my parents house. They did an AWESOME job!! Professional, reasonably priced, honest and courteous. I can't say enough good things about them and the job they did. I would definitely hire them again, and I will certainly refer my friends and neighbors to them. Thank you so much!!!!Sep 7, 2015Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, well schedule a meeting depending on the project. Then we discuss the work to be completed. A proposal is written up based on what was agreed upon in the meeting for a specified project. The proposal then becomes a contract once signed by both parties and a start time is scheduled for the project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Any residential contractor in NJ must be licensed by the state. It's called a Home Improvement Contractor license. Be sure your contractor is licensed by the state and insured. Always ask for these things.
