We had pavers put in for a walkway and could not have been any happier with the quality and thoroughness of the work. It came out great.

Lm construction did a paver walkway from my outside shower to a back patio. I also need some adjustments to my shower and steps leading into the house. LM was able to accomodate all phases of the project so i didnt have to hire multiple people to get the whole job done. I highly recommend Lucas at LM Construction for your next project.

Removed and replaced slab pool collar so Polaris lines could be replaced by pool company. Concrete work was done in a timely manner and cost effective.

The contractor was contracted to build a concrete and brick side porch including a wooden handrail. The project was started on time as promised and completed on time. The finished product was better than expected and represented expert craftsmanship and quality products used. We were very satisfied and will use LM again.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, well schedule a meeting depending on the project. Then we discuss the work to be completed. A proposal is written up based on what was agreed upon in the meeting for a specified project. The proposal then becomes a contract once signed by both parties and a start time is scheduled for the project.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Any residential contractor in NJ must be licensed by the state. It's called a Home Improvement Contractor license. Be sure your contractor is licensed by the state and insured. Always ask for these things.
