I'm a labor service contractor. All materials are at cost, and what I negotiate with suppliers.

Hands on. I meet and discuss their needs, walk them through the work/job from start to finish and answer questions about cost and procedures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters degree in architecture, retired structural and civil engineer. Retired FHA/HUD/FEMA fee panel inspector for residential/commercial construction
