FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It would depend on the scope of work and skills required to complete the task. An hourly rate may sound beneficial at the beginning of a job, but going with a bid manages cost epectations and may provide less stress on our customers. Painting is usually based off an estimated square footage, but any sort of remodel can be full of variables. We can think creatively with our customers to see what works best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to communicate via phone or email to ensure the job seems to be a good fit. We also prefer to see the job and speak with the homeowner/business owner about expectations of the job, the scope of work, materials being used, and timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners have a strong customer service background, years of experience in the residential and commercial construction world, and the ability to think outside the box.
