Fair and competitive estimate given for my project to install 3 bathroom fan/heater combo units. The switches installed for heaters caused sparks almost half the time the heaters were turned on. When I notified Dear Electric, they came back within a few days to replace all of the switches. The new ones work better. I think the electricians should know better for future which switches work or not for some heater models. In all visits from Dear Electric, everyone always came on time and did the work in a timely manner. Dear Electric uses a contracting company for the dry wall repair work. That company's worker is not very good at showing up on time and keeping to schedule. Twice the contractor was late over 2 hours. One day's estimate work became three days of work. The paint job was also not done well on one of the bathroom ceilings.
