Dale is awesome!! We'll have him fix more things around the house. He arrived on time, and was fair with his quotes. We have an older home so one project did not get completed, which were putting on new door handles/knobs. As with owning an older home, and doing work, things came up that weren't expected. Dale did explain "how to" install to my girlfriend, so she will complete on her own. He did offer his time if any problems did come up. Overall, I would recommend him. Dale is also very personable, down-to-earth, and patient.

We had a small area in our dining room that had water damage and Dale did an excellent job of fixing and painting it. We thought the drywall would have to be replaced, but Dale said that it was sound so that kept our cost down. He also gave us suggestions on how to fix some other areas of our ceiling that he noticed needed work. Dale was very personable, reliable, and patient (kudos for putting up with our dogs!) His rate was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him! Thanks Dale!
