- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I submit and estimate for a job, the labor price doesn't change unless the customer changes it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try very hard to meet with a new customer as soon as our schedules allow. Usually within 48 hours. I treat every new lead with the respect that it deserves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At one point I was certified to build residential so I had to keep up to date with all of the certifications. My scope of work has evolved more towards the painting and tile although I still do carpentry and handyman work when asked.
