- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standards are just that; average, not above par. We stand by our above-average product and keep highly competitive rates for all general office/administrative projects. As for full-service projects, a proposal quote can be supplied, as well as, a guarantee of services promised, even if the client makes changes. A first-time client discount will be implemented in order to prove competency. I will provide quality work for you, regardless if it's a personal or business project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know exactly what the client needs, how they like things to be done and making sure they they are satisfied with the end result. Depending on the job, making sure that there is an open and easy line of communication in case their needs change or they have additions. My philosophy is that the Client gets exactly what the Client wants, regardless.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 12+ years working on-site and virtually with most business and personal operational and administrative duties, from small to diplomatic circumstances, my skill set is vast and varied.
