I am also an ASP certified home stager and can help you prepare your property for going on the market or help you tweak your interior if your listing has not sold yet. Buying or selling a house can be a stressful experience. I really enjoy helping to make the process for buyers and sellers as smooth as possible. For buyers, I can offer the ability to find exactly what they want by listening carefully to their needs. You would be surprised how many agents don't listen! I can scour every listing and preview houses so the buyer does not waste his or her time looking at houses that are not for them. There are so many factors that make a property unique and buyers want to find that one house that speaks to them. I can find that house for you. For sellers, I can offer a discriminating eye as a home stager to make sure your property looks its best when on the market. First impressions do count and proper interior design, attractive curb appeal and professional photography will draw people toward your listing. I can also make sure the only buyers who come to you are serious buyers (ask me how). And finally, since I am with an independent real estate agency I can offer you a reasonable commission that many agents cannot when they are with the "big firms."
