- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee structure ranges from hourly, to project-based, to retainer. Our pricing is generally 20-30% cheaper than our very near competitors in Northern Virginia which is a great way to get fantastic design for a bargain.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our customer, their business, and their goals. Once we have a firm understanding of our clients needs, we can begin formulating a plan of attack for attaining those goals. Communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner and lead designer of JCI, very little formal training. We’ve been designing professionally since 2000 and prior to that, I designed personally for about 5 years. I was always very artistic and seemed to know when things looked and worked right. As I gained experience through the years, the terminology, acumen, and style continued to grow.
