We had three trees next to our driveway that we wanted them removed. Trenton came up with a reasonable plan as well as a timeline for executing the plan. Trenton was very punctual, was man of his words, and executed the plan perfectly.

Trenton came out to discuss my project, he arrived on time and provided a lot of information of how to execute the project. I had a lot of trees on my property and needed to put up a fence. We came up with the best plan and I hired him to do both projects, which made the projects completed quicker. He was punctual and informative, and his team kept the property tidy when they left and his staff were pleasant. I am very happy with the way the project went, and I look forward to working with him on future projects.

This company gave me two different times they would be at my house to do the work, after coming here to do an estimate. The first day, after two hours' had elapsed since he was to be here, Trenton Douglas called and said that he'd gotten tied up on another job, and rescheduled for two days later, saying he'd be here at 8 a.m. After nearly an hour had passed without him showing up, I called and left a voicemail. Getting no response, I tried again later, now nearly two hours after he'd said he'd be here. He answered this time, and told me he was "sorry about that" and gave no reason for failure to show up. I cancelled our agreement to do the work.
