- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, I do not accept tips. My prices are set and my thinking is as a professional with set pricing, there is no need whatsoever to expect more than that. I prefer the ultimate tip, have a client refer a friend to me! I also have a newsletter in which I notify clients of special pricing, upcoming seasonal facials, and discounts coming up.
