Introduction: My business, Code 3 Fitness, is a fitness service that is for everyone. The business is unique in that the business name is a nod to first responders (police, fire, EMS), I have a unique understanding of what's needed on a fitness level to be in the local departments, and I - as a thank you for their outstanding work and bravery - offer a discounted rate to first responders, as well as recruits/probationary members (with proper identification). I enjoy helping people and keeping fitness as simple as possible to keep people on track.

Earlier this year I was looking to increase my strength and build some muscle. After searching around I saw Andrew's business card at work and saw that he gave first responders discounted rates, so I decided to give him a call and setup a consultation. While adhering to his program, my strength went up and I started getting some compliments that my shoulders and arms were noticeably bigger. His private gym is clean and packed with equipment. I've already recommended him to some co-workers. Highly recommended.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to take Continuing Education Units and stay up to date on CPR training. On top of that I also frequently read up on articles, studies and talk with other professionals to stay in the loop.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
To follow in my Father's footsteps and because I truly enjoy helping others better themselves physically, which makes them feel better mentally and psychologically.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Usually helping to lose body fat or gain muscle mass.
