Introduction: I became a registered architect in the State of Georgia and nation since 1986. I have thirty-five years of experience in project management, architectural design and programming, technical, detailing, specification writing, and construction administration. I had a wide range of experience in all building types, including, but not limited to, educational, regional facilities, multi-residential, industrial, and other commercial facilities. I have twenty years' experience in AutoCAD computerized equipment and technologies. Currently, I am nationally licensed in the United States and a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Organization of Minority Architects. I have seventeen years of full architectural practice as Senior Principal for E. F. Brathwaite and Company Architects. EXPERIENCE June 1992 to Present -- E. F. Brathwaite And Company, Architects, Lithonia, Georgia, Principal Managed and developed construction documents for major and minor improvement projects mostly in Metropolitan Atlanta and the State of Georgia. Major projects completed were St. Paul/ Gillespie Learning Center, Alfred Blalock Elementary School and Burgess Peterson Academy Elementary School, Kirkwood Elementary School, Annie West Elementary School, Anderson Elementary School, SE Comprehensive High School- Atlanta Public Schools, Overcomers Fellowship Christian Family Life Center, Faith Walk Baptist Church addition, County Line UMC Family Life Center, Bethel Family Life Center, Faith Temple, South DeKalb Mall Renovation, Gordon's Travel Shopping Center, Douglasville Shopping Center, Boulevard SDA Church and Gymnasium, and hundred of other major and minor construction projects.
