Introduction: I have been in the estate management field for 28 years and became a Realtor for 25 years. I am a self-starter and a fast thinker. I work well with contractors, vendors, tenants and landlords. Creating good and long-lasting relationships with all parties is one of my priorities. I believe that when you have a good relationship with all parties involved in creating and keeping up a property, it saves money while creating a sense of community, and in this making, it a desirable place to live or work while increasing property value.
