Introduction: I provide a variety of administrative duties without the expense of a full-time salaried employee with benefits. I am quick and very knowledgeable in a wide range of computer software, (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and SAP (to name a few). I am an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Word. My specialty is data (making sense of all those thousands of lines of data in spreadsheets) I can take care of all aspects of business meetings from the travel arrangements to locating a location and making sure you have all needed equipment. I am great on the phone and in person. Have done mass mailings, mail merge, mass faxing. You name it, I can most likely do it, and if I can't, I won''t say that I can. I have an attitude "if there is a will- there is a way". I have worked for companies like Coca-Cola, Intel, and Lennox HVAC.
