- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard it is by the job and how much work is involved. It is always negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess the clients needs and time restraints. I always reiterate what I understood as their needs to ensure we are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years of progressing experience with various companies. I have taken several computer classes- including CompUsa. I have taken Franklin Coveys Time Management course, and have trained with two different companies on SAP.
