- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated.Monthly payment and if there is canceling of the lesson ,I need 24 hours ahead text or call in case to reschedule.We have to respect each other time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to find first what my customer,my future student taste in music...what their goals. What is the main interest,would you sing or just play piano,would you be interested in electric keyboard style-all those details are important to talk about before to start up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA and piano music is my specialty,I never stop looking for new music.I even went through digital interface music classes, church organ classes and completed them,discovering new colors in music interesting to me .Also I recorded my computer music CD.
