- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy getting to know our new customers. First, we recommend the customer take a look at our menu to get a better feel for what we can provide. We then ask that they select their menu and provide a few more details about their event so we can start creating a proposal for them. Once that is finished, we then fine tune the details and make their event perfect!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Danny Morrison graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has been growing his knowledge about catering and the food business ever since.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Danny always had an interest in the food business and started his own restaurant that is know known as Epicures Catering, an exclusive catering company.
