Roger Alexander is an excellent personal trainer. He is there to help you become successful not only as a fighter but helps achieve the goals you set. Pushes you to the max. I did a session with him and he told me what to improve on and what went well. Straightforward, honest, genuine individual. Always room for improvement but he does his absolute best and is great at what he does. Definitely worth the time you invest in him.

roger doesn't just care about your physical well-being, but also your mental and emotional well-being. he pushes you towards excellence and success in all aspects of your life. he expects you to give your all and in return he ensures progress. he is simply stated, an amazing coach and a valuable friend.

Roger has helped me change my life entirely. He found a way to connect with me that helped me surpass my weaknesses and embrace my strengths. He trained me from being overweight to winning the UFC Fit gym challenge for our gym. He has a way of making you feel at home....comfortable with your yourself. I've watched him grow as well. He's always been a great trainer, but he has learned from each client and found even more ways to connect. If you want to change your life for the better, the only person I would recommend is Roger.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I want to know who you are and what you're about. I found that a 15 minute conversation on the phone is enough for me to get a basic understanding of your goals, dreams, and aspirations.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold ranking in 3 different Martial Arts. (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Muay Thai. I spent the last 10 years training to compete at the highest level of Mixed Martial Arts. I now train athletes to do the same.
