Every client's situation is as unique as they are. We discover both the client's career goals and needs and then select the services to meet those needs. We configure our package prices to deliver great value and return on investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Career Revolution, we're all about the right fit. Finding a new job might be an urgent matter. We recognize that taking time up front to understand you, your goals and you mindset will help us craft a strategy that works for you and produces results more quickly than a one-of-a-kind transactional approach. Most clients know they need a resume to showcase their history. They may not know the importance of networking to build relationships, current interviewing strategies, or that you can actually negotiate your compensation package. We start with a brief 15-20 minute phone call. We get to know a little about you and your goals and you get to know a little about us. If that initial conversation is a good fit, we schedule a consultation to have a deeper discussion about the requirements of your situation and the timeline for your search. With that information, we can craft a winning strategy that fits you and your situation. While we are thorough, the process can move very quickly. Once you've said yes to the process, we can have your powerful new branding message and online presence complete in record time.
