EyeSpy Carolina Home Inspection did TWO inspections for us!!! We called them when we were ready to sell our existing house as we were preparing to move to a different home. They came and did a thorough, VERY GOOD job. We didn't want any surprises when a buyer came along and had an inspection done! We were glad we did because they found things that could have blown the sale. We were able to correct all problems and felt good about showing the house.
Then when we found our new place, we had them come and inspect it thoroughly. Of course they found things that needed to be brought to our attention but both the seller and we were pleased with the way they presented the findings and possible solutions to correct any areas of need.
All in all... a VERY positive experience! These folks are so knowledgeable, have built houses themselves and know the nuts and bolts!!
