- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
when pricing I consider how much it will cost to make what the customer wants & how much time it will take me to do or make.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. send them my agreement to sign once its signed we discuss what it is they are looking for & then I either said the paperwork for what they are looking for or work samples of things I have done or made in the past for other customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nope. it's all for fun :) I do enjoy Pinterest as well as looking up how to do different face painting designs on youtube.
