- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on travel,snack items requested and headcount but most parties will average $10.00 per person with a small set up/rental fee of $50.00. We can work with any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I seek to understand their event or party purpose to understand how my service will benefit the customer by truly meeting all of their needs. These needs include location, headcount,beverage,snack and hot dog selection. If I cannot meet your needs I will let you know before we book your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in foodservice and catering for many years. My Sabrett dealer taught me the art of serving and cooking Sabrett hot dogs. Who knew there was so much to know to keep everything tasting great. I also studied the Health Department handbook as it relates to food carts and I am always in full compliance.
