Introduction: I will make a personal guide for each client to get fit, toned, and healthy. I individualize each workout and meal plan for the client. I can work one-on-one or with a group. I am a NASM certified personal trainer as well as a certified health coach and nutritionist through Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I specialize in weight loss and toning through HIIT and body weight exercise as well as meal prep and cooking classes to introduce people to better habits.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to do an hour assessment. We will talk about goals and take measurement and weight. I love doing this to look back and see how far the client has come. Then we will do basic exercises to measure strength and flexibility.
