- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Whether you choose us or not, do a little bit of research. Have an idea of what you want and what your budget is. A really good provider will ethically steer you in the right direction if you have any questions and might even open you up to options you didn't even know about or consider. Generally, a good provider will have to look at the actual job site in order to give you any type of decent estimate because they're considering all the specifics that the job entails. A mediocre or sub-par provider often will offer an estimate site unseen. While this sometimes works out, a lot of the time the quote will change due to unforeseen circumstances that an onsite estimate would have avoided. Also, they might constantly try to "upsell" you on things that you don't really want or that might not benefit you in the long run. While our company has run into circumstances where a small additional investment may pay huge dividends for the client in the long run, we never ever "push" services on a client. Our job is go above and beyond expectations and to fulfill our clients wants and needs to the best of our ability. Although we can offer advice as to what we feel is best based on our clients' criterion, at the end of the day, it's about what the client wants, not what we want.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? We're highly skilled, educated, talented professionals! Granted, with some other companies in our industry, services are very cut and dry. They offer an almost cookie-cutter options that are simply adequate. What sets us apart is that we wanted to change that aspect of our industry. We're not just low-skilled robots. We really pay attention to every detail and use our experience, education and intellect to help our clients make the best decisions and in order for us to make the proper design and artistic decisions while performing the jobs.
