Dave was VP of Sales. His direct responsibilities were growing the revenue/margin and developing and implementing sales strategies. The position included managing a direct and indirect sales force, coordinating efforts with other areas of the company including operations, engineering and accounting. During Dave’s tenor, and one of the reasons he was hired, was to develop and coach our new/young sales force. Overall Dave did extremely well and was successful.
