- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge the customer for the cost of any replacement parts up-front since I do not currently have the financial backing to order the parts for them. What I charge for labor is dependent on the type of work and the length of time it takes to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I like to get as much detal about the issue as possible. This includes the model numbers for all hardware and moderate background information if it is just a software issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with computers for my entire life. I have 4+ years of experience working as a Tech Support Representative for customers with 200+ Internet Service Providers. Also, I am currently working through my Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Science with a major in Software Engineering.
