We offer several services and is hard to list.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and per-qualification all new customers by having an open conversation understanding there projects expectations and budget making sure that what they envision is even realistic with there budget. We explain our processes up front and make sure they understand before we move forward with any proposals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Alex Fransen - 19 years in the turf and landscape maintenance and construction industry. Turf and Horticulture from Western Kentucky University. Our employees are required to take CEU classes years and push for new certifications yearly.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I start working for golf course maintenance staff at a young age.

Elevated tumbled paver patio with seat walls and flagstone walk ways and lower patio.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research and make sure they understand the processes. Plans, permits, construction/ service process. Make sure they are insured.
