- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and based on the size of the home and amount of work desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to meet with the new customer and be given a tour of the home. I take detailed notes as we go room to room so that I can provide the level of cleaning desired. We can then schedule reoccurring cleaning services. I prefer clients that want to schedule weekly or biweekly cleaning services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is in early childhood development and preschool teaching. However, after many years I welcomed a change but brought my organizational skills and desire to be active and busy into my cleaning jobs.
