Introduction: I am certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. It is my passion to help people realize that they can live a healthier and happier life, thrive in their career while loving it, while loving themselves and practicing self-care daily. I help others envision what they want from life and teach them to take small, positive, steps with me as their accountability as we eliminate negative thinking and overcome old habits with small successes.I work with a variety of people. My clients who have come to me all want to change to live a healthier life. This includes mending relationships with their bodies, healing their bodies through food and making small changes in their lives to pursue their passions and their dreams while eliminating negative thinking and looking at life through new perspectives. Through Health Coaching and Personal Training, a lifestyle change is just what I can help you with!
