FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the final scope of work, deliverables, complexity of the work, and amount of hours required to deliver the work as agreed with clients. I don't commit to projects that I believe I can't deliver, either because of lack of knowledge or time. I don't charge for helping you define the problem and scope the work which usually can take 1-2 hours of my time and client's input.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand clients' real needs first by helping them articulate the problem they want to solve. Nobody can't deliver distinctive impact without a mutual, thorough understanding and crisp definition of the problem. This preliminary exercise can save you thousands of dollars, time or make the right decisions to focus on the real problems that will have the most impact in your business, job or career. We define clear objectives together and I provide a defined scope the work so we all agree on deliverables and expectations right from the beginning before starting any work. Understanding the true nature and scope of the problem will help you find the optimal solution more effective and efficiently. You might not have all the answers initially, and it's fine, I facilitate the process through questions and templates to be filled out in advance. I combine management consulting methodologies with design thinking, and customer experience frameworks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA (Master in Business Administration), Master in Digital Marketing. Training on Customer Experience Strategy. Award in Data Management. 15 years of experience delivering digital marketing projects to Fortune 500, start-ups and small companies globally. I've also developed digital training programs for advertising agencies and clients.
