FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is subject to the needs of the client. There are many formulas that can drive pricing. Some include: 1. Billing hourly rates 2. Pricing based upon deliverables. 3. The length and scope of the project. 4. Travel expenses and incidentals associated with the project. In the end, pricing is always based upon what is competitive and what best suits the clients needs. Offering a equitable pricing agreement for the services provided as agreed upon in the scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read trade journals frequently. Through my own research I stay engaged with the latest trends. Also through writing editorial articles for publications it allows me to remain on the cutting edge of the issues driving business, ethics, leadership, workforce integration, and subsequent issues that impact today's entrepreneurs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family of entrepreneurs with successful businesses. After several years of leading corporate project teams and seeing the success of those teams generate benefits for my prior organization I felt confident to take that knowledge and experience and start my own consulting firm. Additionally, after many years as a motivational and public speaker teaching leadership to thousands, the prompting of trusted mentors encouraged me to expand the scope of my work to do what I am doing today -- nurturing business growth and success for others.
