FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off by verifying that my idea of what the work will entail is accurate. At the beginning, I want there to be a clear understanding of what the expectations are. I have worked with lots of customers in the past, and making sure that our expectations are the same from the beginning, is pivotal.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first got started with this work, when doing client work as class work through college. This sparked my desire to work with people. As an assignment in the class, where I had to imagine my fake customer talking to me, I wasn't able to connect all that well. Eventually, we had real people and organizations, as customers. This meant that I got to talk to real people and understand why it is that they do what they do. It really helps you gather the essence of their organization when talking to people and seeing the passion behind the work that they do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with school organizations, self employed businesses, non profit organizations, people trying to make a web identity, and enthusiasts of all types.
