FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge (2) different ways; a flat fee or per person. My public class tend to be per person while my private courses tend to be a flat fee (up to a certain number of students, which can cut costs down tremendously).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we find out the need. Each and every location can vary. I teach Healthcare Providers as well as Non Healthcare Providers and this can be confusing for the Individual/Company in ensuring that they are getting the right certification course for their particular needs/credentialing. We then come up with a number of participants, location (I can come to you, if there are capabilities of a practice space as well as options to view a DVD), date/time frame and price. I am incredibly flexible with my schedule so I am able to accommodate almost any need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 12y experience as a Pre-Hospital care provider (EMS field of work). In those 12y, I graduated with a Health Promotion degree, recruited volunteer Fire & EMS individuals and have been/currently am an Instructor within a Hospital setting teaching Basic Life Support (CPR) and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
