We have hired Chris recently and so are just getting to know him. I can say that we appreciate very much how willing Chris is to work with us as far as handing over all of the responsibility of a rental business that we have had for 30 years. He has been just wonderful to understand that it is not easy for us to take this step.
I want to say also that Chris rented a house in one week that we have tried to rent for a long time. He handled everything so easily and quickly.
We feel like we made the right choice in Chris Pride and Heart of America Property Management.

Chris rented our home in record time. Collections have been timely and all cost of repairs reasonable. An answering machine is his office staff but he always returns the calls in person.
