Sorry this took so long, you deserve a good review. Had an emergency air problem, was out in a couple of hours. Had three other companies that night. One ladder would not reach, one did not have parts, the other too expensive of an estimate. My main company was on vacation, no help. Mike spoke on the phone with the main company (they messed up last repair) and met the expensive company as they were leaving. Found the same problem, explained it easily, tried to get my main company to cover their mistake but no luck. His bid was hundreds cheaper and he had the parts! I feel he went above and beyond. He is now my main guy. (2/10/20)

Very friendly, prices were more then fair, less then I expected and did not add any unexpected charges or found things that needed done that seems to happen with bigger companies. Felt like you were dealing with a family member.

Have had issues with the duct work on my condo for years, had many companies out, got different issues, high estimates wanting to redo about everything. This family owned company came out for another issue and found this problem as well. This guy pointed out what needs to be addressed, what can be left and offered both complete and temporary adjustments. Took temporary which could last quite a while and I can save for rest which was sooo much less then anything else. Honest, understanding of cost. Company for life!
