- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a Customer, I first like to ask them, "What are their problems or concerns in their home or business?" I like to get a feel on what i see needs to be evaluated, repaired, or replaced and also what the customer sees and feels. I then process all this together and inform my customers on options.
