- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss in detail what the customer is trying to achieve with their project. I go over all options and what they cost. After the customer decides what the best option is for them within their budget we then schedule the appointment. The customer has a full understanding of what they will be paying before arrival, no bait and switch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 yrs experience in the home theater business, I've done everything from basic installs to full custom work. I have a B.A. in business and have been trained by the best electricians in the country to ensure that when needed, power relocated up to housing inspection code.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have adequate photos of their work and can answer any questions you may have.
