- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The resume writing process begins with a thorough interview with the client, either over the phone or in person, to review the client's professional history, goals, needs and existing resume if there is one. At the end of the interview an exact price quote is delivered. If the client chooses to move forward, the writing begins and the first working draft of the resume is delivered within 48 hours, unless other delivery terms are agreed to in advance. Payment of the invoice is due prior to receipt of the first draft.
