- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing model is based on evaluation of the project for consumer level projects which I deem to be resolvable I charge a flat rate of 40 dollars an hour and 20 dollars an hour for every hour thereafter. For business level services I charge a flat rate of t 0 dollars an hour for the first hour and 30 dollars an hour for each additional hour. I stand behind all work provided and will fix any issues which are not found to be of satisfactory workmanship or quality by the client free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inquire about the customer's issue which they wish to have resolved or obtain assistance with. After gaining an initial understanding I contact the customer to obtain additional info about their inquiry in order to troubleshoot the issue and determine root cause along with solution if possible. I advise all clients of what I would consider my fair business contract, I stand behind any work completed 100 percent and will do anything in my power to make sure at the completion of our transaction you are satisfied with the resolution. If not I will make it right free of charge. Any parts or additional software necessary necessary can be obtained for necessary work to be completed but additional hardware, software or anything encompassing a material necessary for completion will be billed at my purchase cost to the customer. After gaining a full understanding of the issue and a resolution a quote will be provided to the client for the agreed upon work. I also try and present customers with multiple options on how to resolve an issue then I let them me the decision based on their own feelings and needs.
